  6. Casino4u reserves the right to refuse the service (and to close the account) to the visitor, without explaining the reasons. We will notify you if this happens and refund you all funds available on your account at the time of termination, and, at the same time, we will deduct the relevant withdrawal charges.   2. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The Company reserves the right to qualify the account(s) registered on anyone from your family, household, relative, friend or otherwise connected person to be your other account and, thus, decide that you have multiple accounts.   7. You are responsible for the security of your username and password on your own computer and any device on which the Website is or may be accessible, including an Internet access location. If this username password combination is “hacked” from your computer, due to any virus or malware that may be present on the computer that you access your account with, this is your responsibility. You should report any possible hacking attempts or security breaches from your computer immediately to the Company at support@casino4u.io.
  8. The Website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
  9. Any offensive or obscene language, as well as any commercial or promotional information, are not allowed in the "Nickname" field in the player's profile. If any violations are detected, support service members or other Company's staff may replace the contents of the "Nickname" field with something neutral. In case of a repeated violation, the player's account may be blocked and all funds confiscated.
  10. You must maintain your account and keep your details up-to-date.
  11. Right to withdraw consent. In cases where we rely on your consent for the processing of personal data, you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time.

10. Anti-Fraud Policy

  1. The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and applies various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions, including, but not limited to:

    • participating in any type of collusion with other players;
    • development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;
    • fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;
    • chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made earlier;
    • use of stolen cards;
    • creating more than one account (including any other actions to get advantage from casino promotions);
    • providing of forged documents;
    • providing incorrect registration data;
    • other types of cheating;

    or becomes a bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to this player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company, and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons of such actions. The Company also reserves the right and may be obliged to inform appropriate regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.

  2. In the even of chargeback at the account, the casino reserves the right to:

    • charge the player a sum equivalent to the player's available balance funds in order to compensate for damages and expenses suffered by an incurred as a result of chargeback;
    • claim further damages and financial losses from the player by contacting them via one of the methods provided during the registration process (i.e. phone, e-mail, etc.);
    • close player's personal account and/or discard all and any winnings gained as a result of such act or attempt to act.

  3. The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play when the player can implicitly or explicitly influence the outcome of the game round (s), including postponing in-game bonus rounds or abusing accumulating advantages while playing with the bonus money. Any player who will try to gain an advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions in a way described earlier agrees that the Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:

  4. Casino4u reserves the right to withdraw funds from a player's account to any of the payment systems that were previously used to replenish the account.
